Package 1: Just a program includes program design & one-half hour consultation.
Cost: $60
Package 2: The basic, one-half hour consultation & professional recommendations. Cost: $40
Program by Design ( you put the group together & I will design a fitness program to meet the groups needs, examples : yoga/pilates, cardio strength, mat/ball pilates, step aerobics, Park fitness, etc.). You may need to purchase equipment for individual use.
